ArtsGroupie Commissions
For Schools & Community Organisations
ArtsGroupie CIC is committed to artistic creation that has a social purpose. Our work champions feminism, working class voices, forgotten historical people, and LGBTQI+ culture.
This is reflected in our Arts Council Funded projects Weave, and Kitty: Queen of the Washhouse. Weave articulates, through comedy, what we all already know and feel about media manipulation, the pressures of body image on women, and online bullying. Kitty: Queen of the Washhouse expresses the importance of charity, community cohesion, and brings to life the nearly forgotten story of an important historical working-class woman.
Our previous productions are available for commission, but we will also consider commissions for new work that has a positive impact on the wider community, or that meets our mission to promote access to the arts.
Contact us for further details on commissions and pricing, and visit our Performance Workshops page for information about our performance and workshop packages. You can also use the form below to start a conversation with us about what you have in mind.
